Miss Jaczesko, Spanish

Miss Renee Jaczesko, one of our school’s new teachers, says that she is excited to join the community here at Central Catholic. She grew up in Baldwin, PA; where she attended Baldwin High School and later went to college at Duquesne University. This school year will be her fifth year teaching overall. Before coming to our school, she taught at Mt. Lebanon School, Jubilee Christian School, and Baldwin High School; where in each school, she was a Spanish teacher.

She chose to teach Spanish out of French, Latin, and Spanish. Although she wanted to study French, she chose Spanish because she wasn’t able to take French as a major in college. The reason why she chose Central Catholic as the school to teach at is because a few of her family members are alumni of this school and they said that we had an excellent combination of community, academics, and faith.  And finally, she says to us, the students of Central Catholic, that in Spanish class we will have fun speaking the language and learning about the culture!
