To Update or Not to Update?

One of the most highly anticipated Apple updates of all-time has finally arrived. On September 14, Apple released its iOS 10. With plenty of new changes and features, the iOS 10 has given Apple fans and technology gurus a lot about which to be excited. Some of the many new features include an updated lock screen, a revamped Siri, and a plethora of small but meaningful and more convenient changes that all users will find helpful.  Probably the most noteworthy update is that of Siri. Not only is Siri available in more apps, but it has become a hands-free feature. All that a user must say is “Hey, Siri” and it starts. It is now easier to make a call, send a text, or access the internet, even when your hands are tied down. In an August interview with Apple’s executives, prized author and technologist Steven Levy expressed his anticipation and knowledge of the iOS 10. “Siri’s voice becomes the last of four components to be transformed by machine learning,” he said. “Again, a deep neural network has replaced a previously licensed implementation.” If you own the iPhone 5, the iPad 3, the iPod Touch 6 or  newer models of these devices, your product is eligible for this free update.
