Brendan Dugita

I interviewed Brendan Dugita who I personally knew from my elementary school East Catholic. He is a Senior this year and has been at Central all four years.

He was asked, “What are your future/post-Central plans? College? Work?”

He responded, “After Central, I plan on attending the Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC) majoring in respiratory therapy”

Then he was asked, “What is a school-appropriate memory that would like to share? Something the remember about their time at Central?”

He said, “Probably whenever Aodhan Cringle beat Gaetano Grant in a fight freshman year and then became Student Council President senior year.”

Brendan was then asked, “What were some of the teachers that had an impact on your education?”. He responded, “I’d have to say, Mr. Kronebusch, Mr. Roche, Dr. Mackey, and Mr. Wos. They brought an energy to the classroom unlike any other and that made me excited to learn and be in their class.”

When asked “What advice would you give to underclassmen?” He said “Try and make friends with everyone around you. The people at Central are some of the best and are sure to be some of your closest friends for life.”

Brendan was then asked, “where do you see yourself in 20-30 years?” He said, “I see myself being a respiratory therapist and being happily married with kids and living life to its fullest.”
